Terms of Service

1. The Platform

InfluencerPro is an influencer management platform that enables registered influencers to promote Calzo App products using referral codes, track their performance, and receive commission payments. The platform is operated by Calzo App Ltd., registered in Israel.

2. Eligibility

To use the platform you must: (a) be at least 18 years old; (b) be a registered business entity in Israel (עוסק פטור, עוסק מורשה, or חברה) or an international entity; (c) provide accurate and complete registration information; (d) be approved by Calzo App Ltd. as an influencer partner.

3. Commissions & Payments

• Commission rates are set at account creation and may not be changed retroactively.
• Commissions are calculated on qualifying purchases made using your unique referral code.
• Minimum withdrawal threshold applies as specified in your account dashboard.
• Payments are processed within 30 days of a valid withdrawal request.
• Israeli VAT rules apply; you are responsible for issuing valid tax invoices where required.

4. Influencer Obligations

As an influencer you agree to:

• Promote Calzo App products honestly and in compliance with applicable advertising laws.
• Disclose paid partnerships in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law and platform guidelines.
• Not engage in fraudulent clicks, self-referrals, or artificial inflation of metrics.
• Not share your login credentials with third parties.
• Notify us of any changes to your business details within 14 days.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: reverse-engineer the platform, attempt unauthorised access, use automated bots, spam users with referral links, make false or misleading claims about our products, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, trademarks, and software remain the property of Calzo App Ltd. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the platform solely for the purposes described in these terms.

7. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, any accrued and unpaid commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid out within 60 days. Commissions below the minimum threshold are forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Israeli law, Calzo App Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the commissions paid to you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered influencers by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
